May 19th, 2001 (4:15-6:00pm)

The park was incredibly and utterly packed. I had to wait to get a stall in the bathrooms so I could change out of my uniform. After that, I met up with Uncle, Aunt, and cousins and we headed to the Comet. We had decided that this would be our only ride due to the large crowd. We waited about 25-30 minutes for the Comet -- the crew was doing a very nice job -- and had an enjoyable ride. The Comet still seems to be running a bit slowly, but some how manages to give better air towards the end of the ride.

After a good ride, my Aunt, Uncle, and one cousin took a final spin on the Carousel before leaving the park and heading for home...
